Clarity comes first. Ownership comes second. And the true measure of leadership is the capacity that remains after I am gone.

Kevin has led private clubs, youth programs and growth initiatives for three decades. The settings change, but the pattern holds: organizations perform when leaders see clearly, focus on a few priorities, and build people and systems that carry the work forward. He founded and operates Serving Dreams 4Kids, which grew from a startup into a multi-site organization serving 230 children daily, and he brings that same operating discipline to every client.
